Growth Strategy

It’s been my experience that most every company has a plan to grow their organization, but not necessarily a strategy. The planning portion is almost always based on a company’s financial capabilities. For example, companies might want to bring on more staff, or increase their marketing campaigns, target new locations, or different clients. While these may be wonderful plans, they are not strategies.

Strategies are the how’s and why’s on how to reach the outcome you want. How to win! They are the thoughts and processes used to excite your clients, to make them want to partner with your company.
