What we Do?

Our job is to assist you and your company to grow and improve in the areas you most need and want, per our conversations. I personally will come into your office and provide you with assessments in regard to all the areas you wish. This is done by talking with your personnel, understanding the technics, and process’s used. To discuss any challenges your staff may be having

Onsite Assessment:

I normally spend 3 to 5 days at the office site of your choice. During these days I will evaluate and asses all departments on Technics and Processes, Challenges, and share some ideas and experiences I’ve had. These conversations are informal, and comfortable. After everything is evaluated, I will provide a detailed written report of the assessment with my recommendations within 7 days of completion.

Online Assessment:

It’s been my experience that being onsite is helpful for providing an strong assessment because it allows me to get a better feel for the what the office is like, the energy, processes used, personnel etc. I make it an absolute priority that I do not disrupt daily activities. With that said in order to cut down expenses if you prefer, we can do an assessment via Zoom meetings.

This process would take a little longer to complete, depending on the size of your office staff, and availability. We would conduct zoom calls with your staff, approximately 20 to 30 minutes per conversation.

Hands on Training:

After completion of assessments, you may retain my services to implement changes or improvements you are making within your organization. For example if you are opening new office’s and need assistance with that process, or if you request me to work in training of recruiters, sales or management we can do that as well. Whatever your needs are we can discuss them.

(Hands on training would be a separate engagement)

Social Networks:

The search engines that a staffing company utilizes are obviously a companies life line. It does not matter how many requirements a company has, without the candidates to fill these requirements for their clients it’s simply a waste of time.

 Some of the very best search engines can be expensive, and at times a little complex to maneuver around.

I have a team of experts that can give training to your staff. Whether it be on how to use LinkedIn, Google, Career Builder, Indeed or the many other search engines that are available. They will provide not just the basics, but the tricks on how to get the most out of them and allow your recruiters to be able to produce more quality candidates in a shorter period of time. These training sessions are normally conducted on Zoom.
